Terms of service

These terms govern use of Wela by attendees, organizers and door staff.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. Organizer and scanner actions are limited by workspace roles. You may not attempt to access another user’s tickets, organization or payment records.

Events and tickets

Organizers are responsible for event descriptions, venue access, schedules, capacity and event-specific refund terms. A ticket is valid only while its status is valid and each ticket code may be checked in once.

Payments and fees

Paid checkout is hosted by PayGenius when configured. Wela’s current paid-ticket fee is shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Free reservations do not use the hosted payment flow.

Transfers and waitlists

Ticket transfers are completed only after the recipient accepts the invitation. Transfers close 24 hours before the event. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that a ticket will become available.

Availability

Wela may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse or perform maintenance. Features described as unavailable or deployment-managed are not contractual commitments.
